Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted once food items have been shipped.

This applies to all edible products in accordance with food safety regulations.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Each case will be reviewed individually by KANDE FZ-LLC.
